Alvin C. Monshower, Jr., one of the founding partners of Monshower, Miller & Magrogan, LLP, passed away on February 9, 2022, after a brief illness. Al and Richard Miller started the firm in 1992 and Jerry Magrogan joined them the following year. As partners, they provided legal services to the real estate community for 30 years. Al’s real estate knowledge and expertise was invaluable to all who knew him and his passing leaves a substantial void in the real estate community as a whole.
